Summary: | The invention relates to a method for preventing thin strip steel from deviating in an uncoiling and threading process of a cold-rolled galvanizing line, and belongs to the technical field of hot galvanizing production processes. According to the technical scheme, the tension of the strip steel between a pinch roll and an uncoiler is changed by reversing the uncoiler to become larger than the suction force of a magnetic belt, so that the wave-shaped strip steel is not adsorbed on the magnetic belt but only driven by the friction force and the pressure of the pinch roll to continuously move onthe central line for threading. According to the method, the tension of the strip steel between the pinch roll and the uncoiler is changed by reversing the uncoiler so as to prevent the thin strip steel from deviating in the uncoiling process, so that the purpose of guaranteeing the continuous and stable operation of a unit in the uncoiling process is ensured.
