A quantum key distribution technology and RSA are combined, a method for improving RSA reverse decryption difficulty by utilizing parameter replacement is designed on the premise that the quantum key distribution technology detects that a channel guarantee public key is not stolen, and the mechanism has three different replacement modes: 1) replacing the public key (n, e) with (n, E); (2) replacing the public key (n, e) with (N, e); and (3) replacing the public key (n, e) with (N, E). According to the method, thequantum key distribution technology and RSA are combined, the RSA technology is used for generating public and private keys, and the quantum key distribution technology is used for sending the publickey and monitoring whether eavesdroppers exist.
