The invention discloses a batch processing method for satellite attitude and orbit control subsystem pipeline navigation reference orbit storage and up-note diagnosis. The batch processing method comprises the following steps: storing reference orbit data into three different addresses of an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) of a satellite-borne computer; framing reference orbit data according to a CCSDS data format, firstly performing two-out-of-three diagnosis by a spaceborne system; if the diagnosis is normal, performing inverse solution according to the data format; if the diagnosis is abnormal, automatically repairing an abnormal data packet, and then performing inverse solution on the data packet; and if the inverse solution fails, giving an abnormal state,and stopping pipeline navigation.
