The production method of the graphene comprises the following steps: (1) placing 115 mL of a concentratedsulfuric acid in a four-necked flask with mechanical stirring and an ice-bath device, fully cooling the concentrated sulfuric acid to 4-5 DEG C, adding 5.0 g of graphite (400 meshes) and 2.5 g of sodium nitrate, conducting stirring for 15 minutes, slowly adding 35.0 g of potassium permanganate, controlling temperature to be below 10 DEG C, and conducting stirring for 30 minutes; (2) elevating thetemperature to 35 DEG C, and carrying out a medium-temperature reaction for 60 minutes; (3) adding 230 mL of deionized water dropwise into a mixture to elevate the system temperature to 95-98 DEG C,and conducting stirring for 30 minutes; (4) pouring a product into 1 L of deionized water, adding hydrogen peroxide, and conducting stirring until a mixture turns yellow; and (5) washing a product with a 5% diluted hydrochloric
