Summary: | The invention relates to a method for ultrasonically extracting Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in bladder. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of asking a subject to suppress urine during the extraction of VOCs in the bladder, and starting extraction after filling of the bladder. A conventional medical B ultrasonic instrument is used as an ultrasonic source, a B ultrasonic probe moves back and forth in a zigzag mode on a surface of the outer skin of the bladder until the whole bladder is covered, ultrasonic waves reach the inner surface of bladder tissues through urine, and the bladder is promoted to release VOCs into the urine through vibration. The subject urinates to obtain a sample, and the VOCs in the urine sample are detected by using mass spectrometry. The method is simple and easy to operate, non-invasive, and capable of obtaining more VOCs with higher concentration in urine.
