Summary: | The invention discloses a method for developing a tooth surface contact area of a bevel gear pair of a middle and tail speed reducer of a helicopter. Prior to machining of a gear product, analog simulation is conducted on a tooth surface contact area of a bevel gear pair of middle and tail speed reducers through a computer, an ideal actual tooth surface contact area is obtained through a three-wheel imprint development iterative test, then tooth surface parameters are optimized according to a test result, and finally, the tooth surface contact area capable of meeting the working requirements of the middle and tail speed reducers of helicopters is obtained.
本发明公开了一种直升机中、尾减速器锥齿轮副的齿面接触区开发方法,在加工齿轮产品前先采用计算机对中、尾减速器锥齿轮副齿面接触区进行模拟仿真,再通过三轮印痕发展迭代试验,获得了比较理想的实际齿面接触区,之后再根据试验结果对齿面参数进行优化,最终获得能满足直升机中、尾减速器工作需求的齿面接触区。 |
