The water blocking process of the non-homogeneous oil layer is characterized in that an oil pipe is down to the upper part of a perforating section of a target oil production well, a first blocking agent and a second blocking agent are injected into the target oil production well, a far-well zone of the target oil production well is blocked through the first blocking agent, a near-well zone of the target oil productionwell is blocked through the second blocking agent, after the first blocking agent and the second blocking agent are solidified, the top of an oil layer of the target production well is perforated, ablocking zone of the near-well zone is penetrated through, and remaining oil in the oil layer of the target oil production well is mined. The first blocking agent and the second blocking agent are self-consolidation materials.
