Provided is a multi-layered ceramic capacitor comprising: a ceramic body including a dielectric layer, and first and second internal electrodes disposed to face each other with the dielectric layer therebetween; and a first external electrode disposed outside the ceramic body and electrically connected with the first internal electrode and a second external electrode electrically connected with the second internal electrode. The dielectric layer comprises a dielectric grain having a core-shell structure.
