The invention provides a method for realizing elastic scaling of a file system based on timed tasks, and belongs to the technical field of information. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring some related information of a file system existing in a VM (Virtual Machine) through an acquisition method; comparing the information with the data of the file system stored in the openstack; screening out file systems meeting the requirements (each file system must have a mounting point for screening); and finally, grouping the shareId (file system Id), and classifying the previouslyscreened file system needing to be expanded, shrunk and charged according to the grouping, so as to finally obtain the file system which really needs to be expanded or shrunk. 本发明提供一种基于区块链的内容价值评价方法，属于信息技术领域，本发明首先通过采集的方法获取文件系统存在于VM里面的一些相关信息，将信息与openstack里面存储的文件系统的数据进行对比，筛选出符合要求的文件系统(通过每个文件系统必须有一个挂载点来筛选)，最后通过将shareId(文件系统Id)进行分组并按照分组对之前筛选出来的文件系统进行是否需要扩容、缩容以及计费模式进行筛选，最终就能够的到真正需要扩容或者缩容的文件系统。
