The method comprises the steps that inorganic acid is added into a sample for acidification, a silanization reagent with a boiling point range of 100-300 DEG C is added, a reaction is performed under the temperature of 25-60 DEG C for 5-60 min, the pH value of an alkaline solution is regulated to 1.0-10.0, an organic solvent insoluble in water is adopted for extraction, and a silanization product solution is obtained; and the obtained silanization product solution is subjected to gas chromatography orgas chromatography-mass spectrometry analytical detection, and an external standard method is adopted to quantitatively analyze fluorine ions in the aqueous solution.
