The invention provides a cylinder head manufacturing die based on a green sand process for solving the problem of a sand hole defect of a casting as loose sand flows into the casting because a tappetcore collides with a sand mould and extrudes the sand mould. The cylinder head manufacturing die comprises an upper die, a lower die, the tappet core, the sand mould, a tray core and a combination core. The cylinder head manufacturing die is characterized in that two guide holes where a lower core head of the tappet core passes are formed in the tray core, notches corresponding to the guide holesin position are formed in the sand mould, sand collecting grooves are formed in the notches, and the sand collecting grooves of annular groove structures are formed in the bottoms of the inner walls of the notches. By adopting the technical scheme, the tappet core does not collide with and extrude the sand mould, so that the tendency that the cylinder head has and hole defect is reduced. 为了解决挺杆芯与砂型触碰、挤压等导致散砂流入铸件内部导致铸件砂眼缺陷的
