The cylinder head manufacturing die comprises an upper die, a lower die, the tappet core, the sand mould, a tray core and a combination core. The cylinder head manufacturing die is characterized in that two guide holes where a lower core head of the tappet core passes are formed in the tray core, notches corresponding to the guide holesin position are formed in the sand mould, sand collecting grooves are formed in the notches, and the sand collecting grooves of annular groove structures are formed in the bottoms of the inner walls of the notches.
