According to the method, seed coats are abraded to break by coarse sand to break seed dormancy; then, winter germination accelerating and seeding can be performed, and the germination rate reaches 90% or above. Compared with sand storage for spring seeding, the method has advantages that seedling cultivation time is shortened sharply, seed mildewing loss is reduced, and the germination rate is increased. In a breeding process, phoebe sheareri seedlings are prone to sun scalding, apicalbuds grow slowly after being damaged, lateral branches are in a large quantity, and difficulty in timber formation is caused by direct forestation. Therefore, acer palmatum, prunus cerasifera and thelike are planted on two sides of a nursery to realize natural shading for preventing sun scalding, cultivated seedlings are uniform in growth, lateral branches are few and short, trunks are upright, and accordingly forestation
