The invention provides a method, device and equipment for calculation of the crude oil compression coefficient and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps of obtaining compression coefficient calculation parameters which comprise a production gas-oil ratio and current formation pressure; calculating the crude oil compression coefficient according to the compression coefficient calculation parameters and a preset compression coefficient calculation formula.
