一种异形型液氮冻结器、生产及施工方法,适用于市政工程中浅部短段冻结时使用,通过在长槽形等非规则形状的冻结孔内分别安装多段U型细冻结管,并将冻结管两端连接后形成蛇形冻结系统,改变了传统施工中常用的在大直径圆冻结管内下入圆形供液管从而形成圆形冻结循环系统的形式。施工中首先从地面施工长槽形冻结孔,利用上、下两个环形钢管箍分别固定分段U型冻结管,保证冻结管紧贴冻结孔周围地层,改善冻结管与地层之间的冷量传递效果,提高液氮冻结效率,而且不同温度的竖向冻结管对称布置,冻结作用的叠加使形成的冻结壁均匀,而且冻结壁沿冻结孔长度方向上向外扩展速度快,形成的冻结壁受力性能好。 The invention relat...
