The feed enzyme preparation includes a complex enzyme, tea polyphenol and a carrier; the complex enzymeincludes 2,000 U/g of glucose oxidase, 3,000 U/g of amylase, 8,000 U/g of acid protease, 2,000 U/g of acid mannanase and 10,000 U/g of xylanase; and the carrier includes one or more of corn starch, mountain flour, medical stone or rice bran. A preparation method of the feed enzyme preparation includes the following steps: weighing each component of the complex enzyme preparation in proportion; uniformly mixing each component of the complex enzyme, and adding the tea polyphenol and the carrier into a double-shaft efficient mixer to mix, mixing time being 10-15 min; and performing mixing uniformity detection on a finished product after mixing, and ensuring that the coefficient of variation is less than or equal to 5%.
