The tester can simulate work of the pulverizing system of the pulverized coal boiler to monitor the primary air speed during work of the system, and the pulverized coal concentration, the pulverized coal fineness, the primary air speed and influential factors are researched; and the tester can serve as a verification system of a primary air measurement method; and the tester has the advantages of small occupation area, low energy consumption, high similarity to a practical pulverizing system
