The invention relates to a method for manufacturing nonwoven cloth by using synthetic fiber or fiber formed by processing natural materials and a carding machine. Fiber length of the nonwoven cloth is12-25mm while MD/CD ratio of the same is smaller than 2:1. The method includes that fiber or a fiber cluster is conveyed to the carding machine (1) on a feeding side, opened on a cylinder (2) with the help of a working roller and a stripping roller (3, 4) to be single fiber and oriented, and a fiber net (20) which is generated is taken down with the help of at least two doffers (5, 6), wherein diameter of the doffers (5, 6) is at least 80% of that of the cylinder (2); each fiber net layer is taken down from each of the doffer (5, 6) by corresponding compression rollers (7, 8) and directly orindirectly stacked onto at least one conveying belt (11, 12), and mutual connecting and reinforcing are realized on the lower reach of the carding machine (1) with the help of spunlace reinforcing. 本发明涉及一种由合成纤维或者由天然材料加工而成的纤维制造
