Summary: | The invention relates to a parameter measurement and instrument orientation method for baseline wind measurement. The method comprises the following steps of setting two observation points, setting apositioning device and a pilot balloon theodolite at each observation point, and acquiring Gaussian space coordinates at the observation point through the positioning device at each observation point;computing a difference of elevation of the two observation points, the baseline length and a baseline coordinate azimuth angle according to the Gaussian space coordinates; adjusting the pilot balloontheodolites at the two observation points in order to be oriented north; and respectively rotating the pilot balloon theodolites at the two observation points to a baseline, and carrying out orientation on the pilot balloon theodolites; or correcting observation data of the pilot balloon theodolites at the two observation points in real time and carrying out orientation on the pilot balloon theodolites.
