The invention discloses an insulating stainless steel corrugated pipe and a processing method thereof. The insulating stainless steel corrugated pipe comprises a pipe body and a connecting nut; the pipe body is provided with a plurality of wave crests, and a wave trough is formed between the two wave crests; an inner insulating layer is arranged in the pipe body; a water through hole which runs through the two end parts are formed in the inner insulating layer; a fixed turnup is arranged on the end part of the pipe body; a mounting clamping groove is formed simultaneously; an insulating fixedboss abutting against the fixed turnup is arranged on the end part of the inner insulating layer; the length of the pipe body is matched with the length of the inner insulating layer; and the length of the inner insulting layer is 17 times more than the section area of the water through hole. The invention also discloses the processing method of the insulating stainless steel corrugated pipe. By the processing method, the
