The transmission mechanism comprises a base, a bracket, an electric push rod unit, a return unit, a pulley unit and a disc brake unit; when the system is normal and electrified, an electric sucker in the electric push rod unit moves to the right side to suck a connecting head, and then, a return block is driven to move to the most left side of a trapezoidal groove, so that the bracket has up-down degrees of freedom, and the rotation of an operation rod is converted to up-down movement of the bracket so as to guarantee operability of the operation rod; when the system is abnormal or the mechanism loses power, the electric sucker loses suction, and the return block moves to the most right side in the trapezoidal groove under the spring effect to limit up-down movement of the bracket; and when the operation rod is operated, asteel rope and a pulley
