Summary:The invention discloses quantum dot immunochromatographic test paper for quantitatively detecting estradiol in milk. The test paper is prepared by sequentially adhering a sample pad, a marker pad, a chromatographic film and a buffer pad on a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) bottom plate in a manner of overlapping for 1-2mm, wherein the chromatographic film is a nitrocellulose film carrying a detection line and a quality control line; the detection line is coated with an estradiol antigen, and the quality control line is coated with a goat anti-mouse antibody; and the marker pad carries quantum dots coupled with the estradiol antibody.
