The invention discloses a drainage device and method used in cooperation of compressed air and siphon drainage. The device comprises a storage tank, a pressure detection mechanism is fixedly connectedto the outer side wall of the top of the storage tank, a drainage mechanism is fixedly connected to the surface of the storage tank, and the storage tank is fixedly placed on the ground through a fixing mechanism. The drainage mechanism is arranged, and the water outlet end is lower than a third drainage pipe of a bottom water suction port in a tank body, so that a siphon effect is formed in thetank body, then water, 10 meters away from the top, in the tank body is discharged by using the siphon effect, extra power does not need to be provided for the siphon effect, and therefore the drainage cost is greatly reduced. Through the arrangement of an air compressor and a high-pressure air pipe, high-pressure air is introduced into the tank body, so that the air pressure inside the tank bodybecomes high, water which c
