Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of solar energy, and discloses an optical film layer, an application thereof, and a solar module. The optical film layer provided by the invention includesan anti-reflection film system arranged on a substrate. The anti-reflection film system includes high-refractive anti-reflection film layers and low-refractive anti-reflection film layers, which arealternately stacked. The high-refractive anti-reflection film layers are selected from at least one of Nb2O5 film, Si3N4 film, SiONx film, and SnO2 film. The low-refractive anti-reflection film layersare selected from at least one of SiO2 film and MgF2 film. According to the optical film layer provided by the invention, the anti-reflection film system is formed on the substrate, which can effectively reduce the reflectance of light passing through the substrate, and improves the utilization of the solar energy by the device; and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the device is improved.
