The invention provides a construction method for a transfer channel needing pipeline underneath-passing. The construction method comprises the following methods that the starting end of the transfer channel is excavated through a CRD method to below the end, close to the starting end, of an existing pipeline, and a primary support structure is constructed in the excavated transfer channel; the settlement condition of the earth surface and the existing pipeline and the deformation condition of the primary support structure are monitored, and after the settlement of the existing pipeline and theearth surface and the deformation of the primary support structure are stable, excavating is continued to the terminal end of the transfer channel through a CD method.
