The invention provides a pretreatment system and technology before a sugarcane juice passes through a membrane. The system comprises a sugarcane juice extraction and preliminary impurity removal system, a sugarcane juice heating, bacteria inhibition and floating impurity removal system, a sugarcane small piece removal system and a heating and impurity removal system before the sugarcane juice passes through the membrane, wherein the sugarcane juice extraction and preliminary impurity removal system, the sugarcane juice heating, bacteria inhibition and floating impurity removal system, the sugarcane small piece removal system and the heating and impurity removal system before the sugarcane juice passes through the membrane are connected in sequence. Through a pure physical way, the initialcrushed sugarcane juice extracted in a sugarcane juice tank below a first-level squeezer of a sugar refinery is subjected to multi-level pretreatment, including preliminary impurity removal, heating,bacteria inhibition, float
