Summary: | The invention discloses construction of a Fe3O4@CuInS2 core-shell structure capable of being used in dual-mode imaging systems. The construction is characterized by comprising: preparation of Fe3O4 nanoparticles, preparation of Fe3O4@SiO2, preparation of CuInS2/CdS/ZnS quantum dots, and preparation of Fe3O4@CuInS2. According to the invention, the high resolution of magnetic resonance imaging and high sensitivity of fluorescence imaging are combined by using the magnetic property of Fe3O4 and the fluorescence characteristic of CuInS2 so as to overcome the inherent limitation of the single mode,and the biocompatibility of the core-shell structure is further improved through the surface modification; with the application of the structure in in-vivo dual-mode imaging research of mice, the core-shell structure has good dispersity, good biocompatibility, good fluorescence property and good magnetism; and the structure can be used in preparation of magnetic resonance and fluorescence imagingagents.
