Summary:The invention discloses an ultraviolet (UV) photocurable organic-inorganic nano material hybrid coating and a preparation method thereof. Polyurethane acrylate resin and a part of an active diluent are added into a dispersing cylinder; an inorganic nano material, a photoinitiator, a defoamer and a leveling agent which are well dispersed are gradually added at a rotating speed of 800-1000rpm; thenhigh-speed dispersing is carried out for 15-30min; and then viscosity is adjusted to 150-200cps by using the remaining active diluent, so that the UV photocurable organic-inorganic nano material hybrid coating is prepared.
