Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-solid-content low-viscosity water-based alkyd emulsion. A preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding a phosphate functional monomer, a fluorine-containing functional monomer, a vinyl monomer and methacrylic acid into an alkyd resin A with a low acid value according to a formula ratio, and carrying out solution polymerizationin a reaction solvent in the presence of an initiator to obtain acrylic acid modified alkyd resin B; (2) neutralizing the acrylic acid modified alkyd resin B, and diluting the acrylic acid modified alkyd resin B into a viscous emulsion with the solid content of 40-50%; controlling the temperature to be 45 +/-5 DEG C, dropwise adding a proper amount of isocyanate monomer into the emulsion, keepingthe temperature to react for 0.1-2 hours after dropwise adding, then heating to 80 +/-5 DEG C, continuously keeping the temperature to react for 0.1-2 hours, cooling and filtering to obtain a high-solid-content low-viscosity w |
