The invention provides a retrieval method and device. The method comprises the steps: determining the feature information in a to-be-retrieved text; determining an index set matched with the feature information in an index library; generating a corresponding feature space vector according to the feature information; and determining a retrieval result in a historical data set corresponding to the index set.
