The antifreezing fracturing fluid is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.3-4% of an antifreezing thickening agent, 0-2.5% of a viscosity modifier, and the balance of fluid preparation water. The pH value of the antifreezing thickening agent of the antifreezing fracturing fluid is 7-10, the antifreezing fracturing fluid is not frozen after still standing for 60 hours below -20 DEG C, and the product viscosity is always lower than 8.5 mPa.s. The antifreezing fracturing fluid is suitable for online mixing or continuous mixing fracturing construction of water or flowback fluid with the mineralization degree of the fluid preparation water being less than 100000 mg/L under thelate winter environment of -20 DEG C to 35 DEG C.
