Summary: | The invention discloses a method for reducing breaking process energy consumption and as-fired coal dust amount. According to the method, primary breaking coal with a moisture content of 10-12%, an ash content of 8-11% and a volatile matter content of 25-28% is sequentially matched and screened; screening is performed with a 5mm sieve mesh, the coal sample with a particle size of more than 5 mm isdirectly subjected to secondary breaking, and the broken coal sample enters an as-fired coal buffer groove, wherein the granular coal with a particle size of less than 3mm accounts for 80-83% after the breaking; the coal sample with a particle size of less than 5 mm is screened with a 3 mm sieve mesh after the screening, the coal sample with a particle size of 3-5 mm is subjected to secondary breaking, and the broken coal sample enters a coal humidifying device, wherein the coal sample with a particle size of less than 3 mm accounts for 79-82% after the breaking; the coal sample with a particle size of less than 3 mm |
