The efficient epoxy thermally-conductive structural adhesive includes at least the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 50 parts of epoxy resin, 40 to 70 parts of a filler, 15 to20 parts of a curing agent, 0.5 to 3 parts of a dispersant, 0.5 to 3 parts of a defoamer, 0.3 to 3 parts of a levelling auxiliary agent, and 0.5 to 3 parts of color paste.
