Summary: | The invention discloses flatness and verticality detection equipment for a solar crystal column and a detection method thereof. The detection equipment comprises a rack provided with a plurality of rollers. One end of each of the plurality of rollers is provided with a crystal column detection station; a stage jacking mechanism is arranged below the crystal column detection station; N laser ranging heads capable of moving up and down are symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the crystal column at each crystal column detection station; and a crystal column height laser range finder is arranged above the crystal column.
