Summary: | The invention relates to a chrome-free tanning processing process for sheepskins. The process comprises the following processing steps sequentially: water soaking, alkali sprinkled unhairing, liming,deliming softening, degreasing, pickling tanning, retanning dyeing, dressing and finishing, wherein a degreased skin material is subjected to chrome-free tanning by adopting a chrome-free tanning agent TWLZ in the step of pickling tanning so as to obtain white wet pelts, and the sheepskins are obtained through carrying out retanning dyeing on the white wet pelts and carrying out dressing and finishing processing.
