The invention relates to a chrome-free tanning processing process for sheepskins. The process comprises the following processing steps sequentially: water soaking, alkali sprinkled unhairing, liming,deliming softening, degreasing, pickling tanning, retanning dyeing, dressing and finishing, wherein a degreased skin material is subjected to chrome-free tanning by adopting a chrome-free tanning agent TWLZ in the step of pickling tanning so as to obtain white wet pelts, and the sheepskins are obtained through carrying out retanning dyeing on the white wet pelts and carrying out dressing and finishing processing. A chrome-free tanning process is successfully applied to raw sheep skin so as to prepare the white wet pelts and the sheepskins, and a tanning process does not generate chrome containing wastewater and chrome shavings, so that the processing process is environmentally friendly; the prepared white wet pelts have a maximum shrinkage temperature of 95 DEG C and are good in performance; the prepared white wet
