The invention discloses a device for improving toxic gas in pipelines. The device is characterized by comprising a light-emitting piece capable of generating blue light, a hollow sphere filler connected to the light-emitting piece, a connecting piece used for hanging the light-emitting piece, and a rotating device used for moving the connecting piece; the two ends of the connecting piece are connected to the rotating device respectively; and the connecting piece can move in pipeline direction through rotation of the rotating device.
