The invention discloses a full-flexible intelligent wrist strap for gesture recognition of a driver. The wrist strap comprises a sensing module, an acquisition module and a processing module. The sensing module integrates strain and pressure sensing arrays, a strain gauge prepared based on conductive polymer records gesture state information of the wrist of a driver, and in the stretching and compressing process, the conductive polymer is used for distinguishing inward or outward movement of the wrist of the driver. In the driving process, the processing module obtains real-time gesture stateinformation of the driver according to the strain and pressure values measured by the intelligent wrist strap, and calculates the steering and the steering angle at which the driver operates a steering wheel.
