A disc rotor 10 has a hat part 11 having a cylindrical part 21 and a sliding plate part 12 having an insertion hole in which the cylindrical part 21 is inserted, wherein the hat part 11 and the sliding plate part 12 are coupled together in a state in which the cylindrical part 21 is protruding out of the insertion hole. The coupling is achieved by pinching an inner peripheral edge 13 of the sliding plate part 12 between a first pinching section 25 and a second pinching section 26 that are formed in the cylindrical part 21.
