Summary:The invention discloses a method for smelting ultra-low phosphorus chromium-molybdenum steel using extra furnace dephosphorization slag. The method comprises an electric furnace primary smelting process and a secondary refining process; the electric furnace primary smelting process comprises the steps that molten steel after smelting is discharged into a normal turnover hot steel ladle, and no pre-deoxidation material is added in the steel tapping process and after the steel tapping process; and the secondary refining process comprises the steps that dephosphorization slag after extra furnacerefining dephosphorization on an upper furnace is added into primary smelting steel tapping molten steel, wherein the adding amount of the extra furnace dephosphorization slag is 6 - 10 kg per ton ofthe molten steel. According to the method for smelting the ultra-low phosphorus chromium-molybdenum steel using the extra furnace dephosphorization slag, after the primary smelting is completed, no pre-deoxidation material is
