Summary: | The invention discloses a aptamer-imprinted monolithic column for specifically recognizing ochratoxin A and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of analytical chemistry. According to the monolithic column, highly hydrophilic 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid is used as an organic polymerization monomer, polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane and acrylate are used as cross-linking agents, ochratoxin A is used as a template, benzoin dimethyl ether is used as an initiator, N,N-dimethylformamide and PEG 10000 are used as binary pore-foaming agents, and OTA nucleicacid aptamers are used as raw materials, wherein free radical photo-initiation polymerization reaction is carried out to directly generate the aptamer-imprinted monolithic column. The detection recovery rate of the aptamer-imprinted monolithic column for ochratoxin A in a beer matrix reaches 95.5%. The invention provides a new method for specific recognition and separation of ochratoxin A.
