Summary: | The invention relates to a substrate-supported functionalized conducting polymer film and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly, foaming an oxidant film on the surface of a substrate through a spinning coating method; and then forming a functionalized conducting polymer film on the surface of the substrate through a chemical vapor deposition polymerization method by taking a functionalized monomer as a raw material to prepare the substrate-supported functionalized conducting polymer film, wherein the functionalized monomer is functionalized 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene, functionalized aniline or functionalized pyrrole, and R is -OH, -COOH or FORMULA shown in the specification.
