According to an automatic reimbursement method, OCR identification is introduced during employee reimbursement scanning. Various bill information of employee reimbursement is identified. The identification information is stored in a database. A verification rule configured in the rule engine inadvance is used for matching the identification information. Electronic receipt information is automatically filled in. The staff is reminded of non-standard filling points when the staff stores or submits the electronic receipt information.
