Summary: | The invention relates to a method for preparing a superhydrophobic film layer on the surface of a metal substrate. According to the method, a hydrophobic micro-nano hierarchical structure is preparedon the surface of the metal substrate by adopting a one-step solvothermal method. The method comprises the steps of placing the thoroughly cleaned metal substrate in a reaction kettle containing a dimethyl formamide mixed solution of zinc nitrate with the concentration of 0.01-0.05 mol/L and stearic acid with the concentration of 0.01-0.05 mol/L to prepare the superhydrophobic film layer on the surface of the metal substrate. The method is simple to operate; raw materials utilized have little pollution to the environment and are low in cost and easy to obtain; and the prepared superhydrophobicfilm layer can be used in the fields of metal corrosion prevention, self-cleaning, anti-icing and the like.
