The extraction and identification method comprises the steps of performing separating, and pure culturing on Brucella from blood corpuscle of blood of patients falling ill, extracting genome DNA from the Brucella which is purified and cultured, and extracting the Brucella DNA from serum of patients. The invention provides a new Brucella separation, pure cultivation and extraction method from whole blood of patients.
