Summary: | The invention relates to a chemical used in a heavy oil recovery process and in particular to a heavy oil reservoir profile control and viscosity reduction integral foam agent and a preparation methodthereof. The foam agent is prepared by generating a chloro-intermediate from alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and thionyl chloride, and by performing sulfonation by using sulfite, wherein the mole ratio of the alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether to the thionyl chloride to the sulfite is 1:(1.1-1.5):(1.2-1.6). The foam agent has the characteristic of being good in temperature resistance and salt resistance, the temperature resistance is up to 280 DEG C or greater, and the mineralization resistance degree is up to 50000mg/L or greater; meanwhile, the foam agent has a low use concentration, the viscosity of the super heavy oil can be reduced by 98% or greater, the foam resistance factor is greater than 50; and therefore, the foam agent can be widely applied to thermal recovery of heavy oil.
