Summary:The invention discloses 7-p-benzoic acid azobergenin and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of 7-p-benzoic acid azobergenin according to the claim 1 comprises the following steps: (1) first using p-aminobenzoic acid and sodium nitrite as raw materials, dissolving p-aminobenzoic acid in dilute hydrochloric acid, then adding an aqueous solution of sodium nitrite while stirring in an ice-salt bath, wherein a temperature of the ice-salt bath is 0-5 DEG C, and carrying out a diazotization reaction to obtain an aniline diazonium salt; and (2) carrying out a couplingreaction of the aniline diazonium salt and a bergenin compound, performing stirring under alkaline conditions, dissolving bergenin in sodium hydroxide and then adding the aniline diazonium salt for the coupling reaction, and then adjusting pH to weak acidity until the reaction is completed to obtain 7-p-benzoic acid azobergenin.
