Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of biological treatment of shrimp and crab wastes, in particular to a method for preparing rich natural astaxanthin contained dry shell powder from fresh shrimp and/or crab wastes. The method comprises the following steps: 1, crushing and pulping the fresh shrimp and/or crab wastes to obtain fresh pulp; 2, pumping the fresh pulp into an enzymolysis reaction kettle with an ultrasonic device for enzymolysis by using a mixed enzyme preparation, and adding a food-grade antioxidant into the mixed enzyme preparation, wherein the addition amount of the food-grade antioxidant is 100-5,000 ppm; 3) after enzymolysis, carrying out high-speed centrifugation, washing centrifugal slag with deionized water, and adding acid water to decalcify; and 4, after decalcification, carrying out high-speed centrifugation again, and carrying out vacuum drying under the temperature of 30-60 DEG C to obtain the natural astaxanthin contained dry shell powder.
