Summary: | The invention discloses a method for manufacturing an integrated impeller sand core. The method comprises the following steps: first, obtaining a plurality of sand molds with blade working surfaces and back working surfaces by using a mold and a core shooting machine; brushing the surface of the sand molding area with paint, firing and drying, and polishing smoothly; performing numerical control machining on multiple positioning blocks or grooves for connecting the sand molds on the bottom surface of a core box, so that the sand molds are inserted and fixed to the core box; injecting resin sand between the blade working surfaces and the adjacent back working surfaces of the sand molds in the core box, and obtaining the integrated impeller sand core after the resin sand is cured; and flow-coating the surface of the integrated impeller sand core except the blade by using zircon powder coating, and firing and drying the integrated impeller sand core.
