Summary:The invention discloses a method for inducing cluster buds of pueraria thomsonii, and relates to the technical field of medicinal plant biology. The method comprises the steps that a pueraria thomsonii vine is taken to be stuck into a greenhouse in winter, a newly germinated twig from March to April of the following year is taken as an explant; the explant is sterilized under an optimal conditionand then inoculated into a priming medium, and a sterile bud is induced and then transferred into a clustered bud induction medium to obtain clustered buds; the priming medium contains NAA with the concentration of 0.1-2.0 mg/L and 6-BA with the concentration of 0.1-0.9 mg/L; the clustered bud induction medium contains TDZ with the concentration of 0.5-1.5 mg/L and NAA with the concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/L.
