The invention discloses a signal relay system for 5G communication. The signal relay system structurally comprises a repeater, a downlink signal enhancement subsystem and an uplink signal enhancementsubsystem; the repeater structurally comprises antennas, a machine body, push-pull blocks, elastic openings and a plug; the antennas are bilaterally symmetrically connected to two sides of the body through bolts; the push-pull blocks are movably matched with the machine body and are mounted on the same side as the antennas; the thickness of the push-pull blocks is consistent with that of bolts forfixing the antennas; two elastic openings are arranged, two ends of the plug are symmetrically fixed up and down; each elastic opening comprises a piston pipe, an air opening, an attaching layer anda fixing layer. The elastic openings are matched with the piston pipes, the air openings and the push-pull blocks; the elastic openings adopt a gas pop-up mode, the push-pull blocks and the pistons are manually operated, the pr
