The invention provides a multi-split air conditioner with hot water and floor heating. The multi-split air conditioner is characterized by comprising a compressor, wherein an exhaust port of the compressor is connected with an oil separator; an air outlet of the oil separator is connected with a first port of the four-way valve and an inlet of a hot water system; a second port of the four-way valve is connected with an outdoor heat exchanger; the other interface of the outdoor heat exchanger is connected with a liquid storage tank; the other interface of the liquid storage tank is connected with an fan coil system and a floor heating system; and a discharge port of a gas-liquid separator is connected with an air suction port of the compressor. Compared with the prior art, the multi-split air conditioner with hot water and floor heating is additionally provided with the floor heating system and the hot water system, so that the unit has multiple functions of refrigeration, heating, floor heating and domestic h
